Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

We understand that shopping for your loved ones, or getting something special for yourself, can be stressful this time of year. Therefore, we created a chart to help alleviate some of that stress by laying out when you need to place your order to guarantee delivery before Christmas.*

Friday, December 9th will be the last day to order to ensure your items arrive before Christmas through all shipping methods. We are unable to offer Express or Overnight shipping after Friday, December 9th due to high order demand. For more information on the cost range for each shipping method, please click here

Holiday Shipping FAQs

Q: My order has not shipped and I haven’t received a shipping confirmation. When will I receive an update?
A: When your order ships a confirmation email will be sent. Currently we are experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders. In some instances with extreme delays, you may receive an email with additional details. 

Q: My newer order shipped already. Why is my first order not already sent?
A: Due to a higher than usual volume of orders, we are experiencing shipping delays. Orders are being processed and shipped based on carrier availability, and this will allow us to deliver all items in the most efficient and timely manner. If you have questions on your specific order, please contact us.

Q: My order has not been shipped and I would like to cancel it.
A: Please contact Magnolia Guest Services and we’ll be happy to assist

If your order contains any items that are listed in the above categories, we cannot guarantee these items will arrive in time for major Holidays or personal events, as they will be shipped separately.
