Canceling an Order

Typically, we are unable to cancel items shipped directly from our vendors (e.g. drop-shipped items). Products drop-shipped directly from the vendor will be noted on the product page under the “Add to Cart” button. Your item might be drop-shipped if it falls it one of these categories:
- Framed Wall Art
- Pillows & throws
- Oversize Items
- Steele Canvas Items

If you would like to cancel an order that does not contain any of the above listed items and that has not shipped yet, please reach out to our Guest Services team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and the items you wish to cancel. While we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, we will do everything in our power to assist.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To learn more about our return policy, click here.
