Currently, we do not offer the option to place an order for an item that is on backorder and we are unable to keep wait lists for items that are currently out of stock. In the rare case that we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill an item from your order, we will cancel and refund you the price of that item, including any additional shipping charges for that item.
When your cancelled product comes back in stock, simply place a new order through our online store for that item.
If a product is out of stock but is still visible on our website, you can sign up on the product page to receive an email when it is re-stocked. (You can find more information on that here.) This is an automated feature we hope helps provide you an alternative to checking our website daily (even though things are constantly changing and new product is added daily).
