Standard Shipping - U.S.
We primarily ship U.S. orders through USPS; some items could ship through different carriers depending on the size and weight of the order and the items ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store and is only available for orders within the contiguous United States. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either Overnight or Two-Day shipping. We will ship the same business day for orders placed before 2 p.m. CST; all orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped next business day. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday from our local warehouse; weekends and holiday deliveries are excluded.
Shipping Rates for Oversized Items
Furniture
Smaller furniture items will have a charge of 10% of the item price. Shipments with items considered freight will provide you with an option for Threshold or White Glove Delivery at checkout. $199 for items under $999, $279 for items over $1000.
- Threshold Delivery: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location and placed in the foyer or entrance.
- White Glove: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location, unboxed, assembled, and placed at the destination of your choosing. All packaging will be removed and taken with the carrier.
Specialty Furniture Items
Some select furniture items, including Found & Collected will ship for up to $299 per dropship item. Total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Framed Art
Framed art pieces will ship for $9.95 per item. There are some larger pieces that may carry an additional surcharge of $99.
Oversized Items
Select items will carry an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout due to size, weight, and distance. Non-conveyable items shipping from Waco will carry a shipping surcharge of $9.95.
