No Internet Connection Error

If you receive a no internet connection error message, try testing whether your internet is working properly by using another device with the same internet connection to load a webpage or app. 

If you still experience issues connecting to the internet, please try the following steps: 

  1. Close the Magnolia app or browser window. 
  2. If you're using a web browser, Android device, Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, clear your device's cache and data.
  3. Open the Magnolia app, or reload the browser page and try watching the video again.


If the issue persists, please contact us and include the following information: 

  • The video or episode you were watching when the error occurred
  • The device you were using
  •  If you were watching a commercial, the product featured
