If you received your package and something was missing from your order, we will make it right!
Please visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps below:
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select which item(s) were missing, as if you were going to return the item(s).
- In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Missing item from shipment".
- In the box that reads" Tell us more", please choose "Missing Item".
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request.
