Wrong Item Received

If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, we will make it right! 

Please visit our visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps below.

  1. Enter your email address and order number.
  2. Select which item(s) were incorrect, as if you were going to return the item(s).
  3. In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Missing Item from Shipment"
  4. In the box that reads "Tell Us More", please choose "Received Extra Item" 

As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request. If applicable, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us for free.
