Wrong Item Received

If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, we will make it right.
Please click here and follow the steps below.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select which item(s) were incorrect, as if you were going to return the item(s).
- In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Missing Item from Shipment"
- In the box that reads "Tell Us More", please choose "Received Extra Item"
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request. If applicable, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us for free.
