BAG DROP POLICY
To provide an even more relaxing and stress-free environment for our guests, we are offering complimentary bag drop services for Silobration, starting Thursday, October 22, 2026, through Sunday, October 25, 2026.
BAG DROP HOURS
The complimentary bag drop services will operate Thursday, October 22, 2026, through Saturday, October 24, 2026, between the hours of 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, October 25, 2026 12pm to 5pm. The bag drop service is located at the Grain Barn on the Silos Grounds.
BAGS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BAG DROP SERVICE EACH DAY. FOR CLARIFICATION, BAGS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 6PM THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND 5PM ON SUNDAY. MAGNOLIA WILL NOT KEEP BAGS OVERNIGHT AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BAGS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP BY THE STATED TIME EACH DAY.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Upon drop-off, you will receive a ticket. It is important that you store the ticket in a place where you can remember because the bag drop-off ticket is required to claim your bag(s) upon pick-up. ONLY THE INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFIED ON THE BAG DROP TICKET WILL BE PERMITTED TO PICK-UP THE BAG(S). BAGS MUST BE FREE OF PROHIBITED ITEMS. MAGNOLIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BAG(S) THAT CONTAIN PROHIBITED ITEMS.
In the unlikely event that you have lost or misplaced your drop-off ticket, Magnolia is not obligated to return your bag without proof of ownership.
Please note that utilizing the bag drop complimentary service may affect your arrival time for any scheduled tour(s) or activities. While Magnolia will endeavor to expedite your processing at the bag drop, you should be aware that there may be delays in the bag drop-off and pick-up process.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Food perishables
- Weapons and laser pointers
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Illegal substances, and
- Any other item(s) deemed as posing a threat to the enjoyment and safety of patrons and/or visitors.
MISCELLANEOUS
Any inquiries regarding unclaimed items should be directed to Guest Services by calling (844)-244-2006. Magnolia does not accept responsibility for the return of items not claimed by the close of the bag drop service. Any arrangements and/or associated costs to retrieve an unclaimed bag after the conclusion of the complimentary bag drop service shall be the sole responsibility of its owner.
Magnolia shall use reasonable efforts to operate and provide a secure bag drop facility. However, you are strongly advised not to store or leave valuable items that will be left at the bag drop location.
