Magnolia Gift Cards

Magnolia offers Gift Cards for purchase as a way to send something special for celebrations, as a thank you, or just for the spirit of gifting. Gift Cards can be purchased under the Shop section of the Magnolia website and mobile apps. You can also find a link to purchase gift cards in the footer of the Magnolia website.
Magnolia offers two types of gift cards: Physical Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. Physical Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient through the mail and will arrive within 5-7 business days. E-Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient through email and will arrive within minutes of the purchase.
Helpful tips for redeeming Magnolia Gift Cards:
- Web Browser: If you are unable to apply your gift card when using Shop Pay as a payment method on your web browser, please try to apply the gift card in an incognito window on your browser.
- Mobile Device: If you are unable to apply your gift card when using Shop Pay as a payment method on your mobile device, please try to check out as a guest on your mobile device.
You also have the option to check the balance of all Magnolia Gift Cards:
- To check the balance of any Magnolia Gift Card purchased after October 11, 2021, go to the Magnolia Gift Card page located under the Shop section of the Magnolia website or on the Magnolia mobile app and select “Check Your Balance”. You will be redirected to our gift card partner website where you can find information on the balance of your Physical Gift Card or your E-Gift Card. All support issues on gift cards purchased after October 11, 2021, will also be handled by our partner Gift Card Support team through their support page. - To manage or check the balance of any Magnolia Gift Card purchased before October 11, 2021, please contact Guest Services at 844-244-2006 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
