Video Not Available Error

If you repeatedly receive a video not available error when on the Magnolia app or desktop web browsers, please try the following steps:

  1. Close the Magnolia app or browser window.
  2. If you are using a web browser, Android device, Roku TV or Roku Stick, Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, clear your device's cache and data.
  3. Open the Magnolia  app, or reload the browser page and try watching the video again. 

 If the issue persists, please contact us and include the following information: 

  • The video or episode you were watching when the error occurred
  • The device you were using
  • If you were watching a commercial, the product featured
