Changing Your Password

To change your password via a web browser or the Magnolia mobile app, please follow the instructions below: 

  1. Select the account icon at the top right of your screen to open the dropdown menu. 
  2. Choose "Account" from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the "Manage Your Account" screen, select "Change Password" in the Your Account module.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password twice.
  6. Select "Save." 

Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
