Rates for staying at either the Magnolia House, Carriage House, or the Hillcrest Estate vary depending on many factors, including demand and seasonal availability. You can find out the current listed rates for booking a stay at one of our Vacation Rentals by selecting a date range on the calendar here.

OPENINGS

The Magnolia House, Carriage House, and the Hillcrest Estate have historically booked very quickly, sometimes within minutes of a date range opening up for booking. However, in the event that there is a cancellation, it is sometimes possible to book a night last minute. We are unable to maintain a wait list, or to share when nights open up, but if you want to snag an open date, we encourage you to simply check the calendar on a regular basis.
