Starting a Return

To start a return, just go to our Returns Portal and enter the order number and email associated with the order. You'll be provided with a prepaid return label to print to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund or replacement for you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund or replacement confirmation e-mail.
If you are returning a gift, select the Start a Gift Return option to look up your order and change the email we send return updates to.
If you are returning your item due to damages or defects, you can expect a full refund of the item back to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your account.
Once we review your returned item at our warehouse, a replacement will be sent with expedited shipping. Once your replacement order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
