Start A Return

To start a return, just go to and follow the three simple steps on the screen. You'll be provided with the option of printing out a prepaid return label or having a return label mailed to you. You can even schedule FedEx to pick up your return at your home.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund or replacement for you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund or replacement confirmation e-mail.


Refunds: If you are returning your item due to damages or defect, you can expect a full refund back to your original payment method. If you are returning an item because it wasn't what you expected, didn't go with your decor, or it was undamaged, you will receive a full refund less the shipping charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your account.


Replacements: Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse, a replacement will be sent with expedited shipping. Once your replacement order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
