Managing Your Orders & Order Status

Magnolia sends out regular email updates about your order status. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for the latest on your order.
Tracking a Single Order
If you would like to check the status of an order and you do not have a Magnolia Perks account, or if you are not logged into your account, you can check your order status on the Order Lookup page. Simply enter your email address and order number to see your order details, including the tracking number and if it has shipped.
Managing Orders with Magnolia Perks
The easiest way to track and manage orders is through the Your Orders page within your Magnolia Perks account! To access Your Orders, sign in to your Magnolia Perks account and then navigate to the footer at the bottom of the homepage. From the footer, navigate under the Help section and click Orders. The Your Orders page allows you to see the status of all your orders so you can follow their journey from when the order has been received, when it’s prepared to ship, and when it has been shipped out. Once your order has shipped, you can also view all tracking information directly from the Your Orders page. The Your Orders page also allows you to easily make any adjustments to your candle subscriptions or start a return for a purchased item.
