Starting a Return

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal here and enter the order number and email associated with the order. You'll be provided with a prepaid return label to print to send the item back to us. Please note: For returns not related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, a flat $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Large or oversized items may require special handling and will incur an additional $9.50 fee. Once we receive the item(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund or replacement for you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund or replacement confirmation email.
Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift, select the Start a Gift Return option to look up your order and change the email we send return updates to.
Refunds
If you are returning your item due to damages or defects, you can expect a full refund of the item back to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to appear on your account.
Replacements
Once we review your returned item at our warehouse, a replacement will be sent with expedited shipping. Once your replacement order leaves the warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
