Shipping Times - Dropship Goods

Please note that requests related to dropship orders require five to seven business days to review. Due to third party agreements, shipment times cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to make any edits or cancelations once an order is processed. If you need additional assistance with your order containing a dropship item, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for further support.

Unless an item is marked for Freight, all dropshipped items will ship via standard ground shipping. Dropshipped items are not eligible for expedited or for shipment outside of the Contiguous United States.
The following items are shipped through a trusted Magnolia partner. You will know if your item is dropshipped from the vendor if it says, "This item is shipped through a trusted Magnolia partner " under the Shipping + Returns section on the product page.
Furniture
- For Made to Order furniture, please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to be created. Once ready for shipment, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped.
- Some furniture items are sold prior to being stocked by our partners. Once this inventory is available and in-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped.
- Furniture items that are in-stock and ready for processing will be processed in 7-10 business days.
As you get closer to your delivery date, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery and confirm your selected delivery method (Threshold or White Glove).
- Threshold Delivery: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location and placed in the foyer or entrance.
- White Glove: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location, unboxed, assembled, and placed at the destination of your choosing. All packaging will be removed and taken with the carrier.
Lighting
If the item is in stock, lamps and wired lighting can take up to 7-10 business days to process before shipping from our vendor's warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment, once your lamp order leaves the warehouse.
Framed Art
Framed Art orders are processed on the same day as the order is placed. Please wait 6-8 weeks before your item is shipped, as each piece is made to order. Once these items are shipped, you can expect transit time to take up to two weeks.
Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Crafted with KILZ
Our paint is manufactured and distributed through our trusted partner, KILZ. Paint orders will be processed on the same day the order is placed. Once the paint is mixed, it will ship from their warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once the paint leaves KILZ's warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi
Our rugs are shipped by our trusted Magnolia partner, Loloi. Please expect a processing window of 10-15 business days before shipping. Once your rug leaves Loloi, it could take up to two weeks for transit.
Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Wallcoverings
Our wallpaper is shipped by our trusted Magnolia partner, York. These orders can take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 days for the shipment to arrive.
Live Plants – Heirloom Roses
Roses are shipped through a trusted Magnolia partner, Heirloom Roses. Once your order is processed, it will take 3-5 days for shipment.
Steele Canvas
Steele Canvas hampers and hand trucks are made to order, so please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Once the items are shipped, you can expect transit time to take up to two weeks.
