What is the bag policy?
Magnolia implements a clear bag policy during concerts. Attendees may carry one clear bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. Please feel free to stop by the Guest Services kiosk on-site to verify the size of your bag prior to the evening event.
Small clutches approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, measuring no larger than 4½ inches by 6½ inches, are also permitted. All attendees are subject to a security screening.
Note: Magnolia shopping bags are not allowed on property after 6pm.
What items are prohibited?
Folding chairs, strollers, umbrellas, alcoholic beverages, blankets, illegal drugs, weapons of any kind, cameras with a lens greater than 6 inches, fireworks or explosives, food or beverage, and pets are all prohibited.
Alabama Sweet Tea jars and Pop's Lemonade buckets are allowed through security if they are empty for guests to purchase refills during the event.
ALL other outside food and drinks are prohibited, including tumblers, the black boxes from Silos Baking Co., and cups from Magnolia Press Coffee Co. Guests must finish any food or beverages before reaching the security check.
Will the food trucks be open during the event?
Yes, the food trucks on the Silos grounds will be open during the evening events.
Can children attend for free?
Children 4 years old and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to join us for the evening.
What will seating look like for the event?
There is no seating available during evening events. These events are standing room only. LED screens will be available so everyone can see the concert.
Are there special accommodations for ADA?
An ADA accessible seating area is available during the event as well as an ASL interpreter. Guests requiring ADA seating must purchase an ADA ticket at checkout. One (1) Companion ADA ticket may also be purchased per ADA ticket. Due to limited seating, additional Companion tickets cannot be accommodated in the ADA seating area.
Will Magnolia Market be open for extended shopping hours?
There will be no extended shopping hours during the events.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent via email from Etix two weeks before the concert to the ticket purchaser's email address.
When will I receive more details?
More information for entry points, gate times, and more will be sent via email from Etix closer to the event date.
Are tickets refundable?
Concert tickets are nonrefundable, however you can use Etix's Seat Relay platform to sell your tickets on your own with a safe, secure method. Visit SeatRelay for more details.
