Applying Discount Codes and Promotions

Magnolia occasionally offers discount codes or promotions which can be entered at checkout.  

To apply a discount to your order, please follow the steps below:

1. From your cart, select "Proceed to Checkout"
2. Below your items on the checkout page you will see a box that says: "Gift card or discount code". Enter your discount code
3. Select "Apply" 

Discounts do not apply to shipping or tax. Discount codes are not case-sensitive and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Most codes are valid for one-time use only.  

Exclusions for these discounts apply. Please view our Discount & Promotional Exclusions article for a full list of excluded products. If an item in your cart is not eligible for a discount code, your subtotal will not adjust.  

Please know that each code has its own terms and conditions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of your discount code for usage restrictions.  

If you forgot to apply a discount on your order, don't worry - we're happy to help! Email our Guest Services team at help@magnolia.com within seven days of placing your order. Please include your order number and the discount code you want to apply. If the code is still valid and the items in your order are eligible for the discount, Guest Services Team will apply the discount code retroactively in the form of a refund to your original method of payment.
