Shipping rates are subject to change. To ensure transparency, the shipping costs shown at checkout and on your order receipt reflect the most current rate for your order.
Select items and categories are considered oversized due to weight or size. These items will carry an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout.
Select categories and oversized items are ineligible for free shipping promotions, shipping discounts, or the Home Team free shipping benefit. Please see the Shipping and Delivery Exclusions article for additional details or to see if an item is excluded.
If your item is shipped directly from the vendor, it is not eligible for expedited shipping. Additionally, our vendors cannot ship outside the Contiguous United States. You will know if your item is dropshipped from the vendor if it says, "This item is shipped through a trusted Magnolia partner " under the Shipping + Returns section on the product page.
Standard Shipping – U.S.
We primarily ship contiguous US orders through FedEx or USPS. Some items could ship through different carriers depending on size, weight, and number of items ordered. Typically, we ship in as few shipments as possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days with your items arriving within 5-7 days, depending on the carrier. Please note, orders could experience delays due to promotional events or holidays.

For current shipping rates, please see the US Shipping Rates Table below. Please note, shipments to Alaska and Hawai’i require additional time for processing and shipping. These will ship via US Postal Service and can take up to 15 business days for the shipment to arrive.

Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for products fulfilled from our Warehouse in Waco, TX and only available for orders within the contiguous United States. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either Overnight or Two-Day shipping. We will ship the same business day for orders placed before 2p CST; all orders placed after 2p CST will be shipped the next business day.
We ship Monday through Friday, and our warehouse does not operate on weekends or US holidays.
Special Considerations for Shipping
Please know there could be variation in shipping rates based on location, weight, or real-time carrier rates. Oversized or heavy items can take longer to ship. When placing an order, please be mindful of driveways or remote locations. If additional support is needed, please email help@magnolia.com.
International Shipping
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
