If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!

- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select which item(s) were incorrect, as if you were going to return the item(s).
- In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Different item received than ordered".
- Select whether you would like us to process a Replacement, Refund, or Gift Card.
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request. If applicable, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us for free.
