Incorrect Item

Our standard for quality is uncompromising. However, there have been rare incidents when we do make a mistake on an order. If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!

Please click here to go to and follow the steps below.

  1. Enter your email address and order number.
  2. Select which item(s) were incorrect, as if you were going to return the item(s).
  3. In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Different item received than ordered".
  4. Select whether you would like us to process a Replacement, Refund, or Gift Card.

As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request. If applicable, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us for free.
