Damaged or Defective Item

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!
Please click here to go to returns.magnolia.com and follow the steps below.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select which item(s) were missing, as if you were going to return the item(s).
- In the box that reads "Select a Return Reason" choose "Damaged in Shipping" or "Defective/ Does not work properly.
- Select whether you would like us to process a Replacement, Refund, or Gift Card.
If your broken or defective item is from an in-store purchase, please contact our Guest Services team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your receipt number, and the items you are inquiring about.
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request.
