Discount Codes and Promotions

Magnolia occasionally offers discount codes for promotions and sales which can be entered in at checkout. Our discount codes are never case-sensitive, cannot be combined, and many discount codes are only valid for First Time Shoppers with one-time use per Guest.
HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER?
To apply a discount code please follow the steps below:
- Click "Proceed to Checkout" from your cart.
- Below your items in the checkout page you will see a box that says: "Gift card or discount code". Enter your discount code here.
- Click: "Apply".
Your subtotal will be adjusted accordingly. Discounts do not apply to shipping or tax. Discount codes are not case-sensitive.
To receive our first-time shopper discount please subscribe to our newsletter. This discount code is only valid for one-time use per Guest, and cannot be combined with another discount code.
I FORGOT TO APPLY A DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER
Don't worry - we're happy to help! You can simply reply to the Order Confirmation email we've sent you or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Guest Services department would be more than happy to assist. Please include the order number and the discount code you need applied. Assuming the code is still valid and applies to the items you've ordered, our Guest Services team will apply the discount code retroactively in the form of a refund to your original method of payment.
THE DISCOUNT CODE WOULD NOT APPLY TO MY ORDER
We do have a few exclusions that could be affecting the discounts automatic application. Please view this article to view a list of our exclusions. If the items in your cart are not eligible for a discount code your subtotal will not adjust.
