Our standard for quality is uncompromising. However, there have been rare incidents when we have made a mistake on an order. If you received your package and something was missing from your order, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!

All you need to do is click here to go to After you enter your email address and order number, select which item(s) were missing, as if you were going to return them. In the box that says "Select a Return Reason", choose "Missing item from shipment". You will then want to select whether or not you would like us to process a Replacement, Refund, or Gift Card.

As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly process your request.
