E-Gift Cards are delivered immediately via email upon completion of your purchase. E-Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable and they never expire. E-Gift Cards can be used in-store and online, only. At this time our E-Gift Cards cannot be used at Silos Baking Co. or Magnolia Table restaurant.
DO YOU SELL PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS?
While we do not sell physical gift cards online, you can still give our E-Gift Cards as a physical gift! To do this, we recommend entering your email address as the recipient for the E-Gift Card. Once you receive that email, simply print out the E-Gift Card email containing the 16-digit code and include it in a fun greeting card of your choice.
HOW CAN I USE MY E-GIFT CARD ONLINE OR IN THE STORE?
To use your E-Gift Card online please follow the steps below:
- Click "Proceed to Checkout" from your cart.
- Below your items in the checkout page you will see a box that says: "Gift card or discount code". Enter your 16-digit E-Gift Card code here.
- Click: "Apply".
Your subtotal will be adjusted accordingly. Our E-Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.
To use your E-Gift Card in-store simply present your E-Gift Card (you may want to print out your email) to the sales associate at the register. They will assist you in applying those funds to your purchase.
If you have a remaining balance on your gift card make sure to keep your original email containing that 16-digit code. You can use the remaining funds toward a future purchase in-store or online using the same steps explained above.

MY GIFT CARD ISN'T WORKING WITH MY DISCOUNT CODE
Because discount codes and gift card redemption codes are input in the same field, you may have trouble utilizing both. Please reach out to our Guest Services team and we're more than happy to assist with this!
