Shipping Times

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. 

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.

Magnolia Home Rugs

Our rugs are distributed by Loloi, and can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping from their warehouse. Once your rug leaves Loloi's warehouse, it can take up to 2 weeks in transit. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

Magnolia Home Paint

Paint is manufactured and distributed through our partner, KILZ. Your paint order will be processed the same day the order is placed. Once the paint is mixed, it will ship from their warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once the paint leaves KILZ's warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.  

For US orders containing only Peel & Stick paint samples, shipping is free, regardless of order total. Please note Peel & Stick samples are mailed via USPS standard mail and will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Magnolia Home Furniture

Our small parcel pieces are distributed through our partner, Standard, and can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping from their warehouse. Once your order leaves Standard’s warehouse, it should arrive in 5-10 business days via FedEx. 

Our freight pieces can take 3-5 weeks to arrive at your home once the order is placed. Your furniture will be delivered via Ryder Last Mile White Glove Delivery service. This includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly, and debris removal.

Furniture is always shipped through standard ground shipping and cannot be express shipped. Additional shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times.

Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits for furniture once the order is placed. 

Live Plants

Our houseplants are grown and distributed by our partner, Cottage Hill. Your order will be processed the same day the order is placed. Live plant orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Live plants cannot be shipped via any express services and will be delivered through standard ground shipping. 

Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits for live plants once the order is placed.

Wooden Signs

In-stock wooden signs will ship from our Artisan's warehouse within 1-2 weeks of the purchase date. During peak season, wooden signs can take 1-2 weeks to process before shipping from their warehouse. Once your sign leaves their warehouse, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Magnolia Journal Shipping 

Flat rate $3 shipping is available for single issues of the Magnolia Journal shipping to the USA.

Standard Shipping: USA

We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday-Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

 

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Guest Services for additional information.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
