We bill guests upon checkout, not when items are shipped. Some of our products can take several weeks to ship (i.e. handmade signs, paint, rugs, and tool belts). This allows our guests to know exactly when they have been charged, rather than surprising you with a large unexpected charge weeks after your purchase.

Your payment is processed through our ultra-secure payment gateway. We use a service that is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology; the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

We are very serious about security, and we have invested significantly in a service that is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, our ecommerce partners work tirelessly to keep credit card information and other sensitive data secure.
