What are the event dates and times?
Silobration will be held Thursday, October 19 through Saturday, October 21, 2023. On Thursday through Saturday, our entities will be open during the following:

Magnolia Market, Silos Baking Co., Magnolia Home, Shops at the Silos: 9:00a-6:00p
Magnolia Press: 7:00a-6:00p
Magnolia Table: 7:00a-3:00p

Evening Ticketed Events: We will also be hosting separate ticketed events on Friday and Saturday evening. Ticket lines will open at 4:30p, gates will open at 6:45p, and the evening programs will begin at 7:30p.

Do I need a ticket to attend? 
Silobration is free and open to all guests throughout the day! We do have events during the weekend that require a ticket. Ticketed events are sold out for the weekend and we do not have a waitlist.

However, we encourage you to enjoy all the free, non-ticketed experiences we have planned throughout the weekend. There will be on-stage programming, a vendor fair and more. Check out the list of daytime activities here. Our daytime stage programming will be from 9a-4:30p. 

Inclement Weather & Cancelation Policy 
We know that with outside events, the weather can be unknown. Our events will continue in light rain. Lighting or other severe weather conditions could require us to delay, cancel, or reschedule activities. Tickets are non-refundable. Rooftop passes are good for the entire weekend. If the weather causes the rooftop to shut down, we encourage you to come back and try another time during Silobration.

General Q & A 
Is there designated parking for the event? Is parking free?
While Magnolia does not have onsite parking, downtown Waco has a number of free lots and street parking available around and near the Silos. There are also paid parking lots available in the area. You can read this article for more information on parking at The Silos during Silobration. 

Are strollers allowed?
Yes! During our daytime activities, strollers are permitted. There are certain limitations in place for our ticketed events and tours.

Is Magnolia Market + Event Venue ADA Accessible?
Yes, Magnolia Market at the Silos is ADA accessible, including all three of our entrances. Please see the specific ticketed event information for Reserved/ADA accessible seating. 

If I’m coming from out of town, what are your hotel recommendations?
Whether you’re planning to spend the night or stay for the weekend, we suggest booking a hotel room as soon as possible, as many of the surrounding hotels tend to fill up quickly. You can find a full list of nearby hotels here.

Are pets allowed during the event?
Yes! Pets are welcome on our property during regular event hours Thursday through Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm. An area for pet relief will be located outside of the Silobration street closure on 8th St. For evening events, pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals. Will Chip and Joanna be at the Silobration? 
You can celebrate with Chip and Jo on Friday or Saturday evening during the ticketed program, An Evening with Chip and Jo. They love Silobration and hope you enjoy your weekend in Waco!


An Evening with C+J
Will Magnolia Market be open for extended shopping hours?
No, Magnolia retail entities will not be open after 6:00pm. 

Will the food trucks be open during the event?
Yes! 

Can kids attend for free?
Kids 2 years old and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to join us for the evening.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
All tickets are non-refundable.  

What will seating look like for the event?
There are a limited number of picnic tables and benches available around the lawn. However, the majority of our guests will sit on the lawn during the event

Are there special accommodations for ADA?
An ADA accessible seating area is available during the event as well as a deaf interpreter. ADA guests will be limited to 2 non-ADA companions. Guests are asked to declare if they need access to ADA seating or a deaf interpreter during the check-out process.

Can I bring a chair/towel/blanket into the evening concert?
No, all chairs and blankets are prohibited during the event. 

Where do I check in for the concert?
Check-in for ticketed events is at the corner of 8th St. and Webster Ave.

What time can ticket holders start forming a line?
Guests can begin queuing in line at 4:30pm each night.

Do I need to print my ticket?
It’s up to you! Your ticket can also be scanned from your phone if you choose to not print it.

Are strollers allowed?
Strollers entering the property will be subject to inspection by security and will be required to be left in a designated stroller parking area. 

Are there any items that aren’t allowed on the property during the event?
Outside food and drink, chairs, blankets, large strollers, fireworks, long lens cameras, and weapons of any kind, will not be permitted on our property. Ticket holders will be required to participate in a bag check upon entry and to follow a clear bag policy. Non-clear bags larger than 6.5”x4.5” are not allowed and clear bags may not exceed 12”x6”x12”. 
Exceptions include: diaper bags, and bags used for medical equipment purposes. Please note all of these exceptions are subject to security search and screening upon entry.

Will filming of any kind be allowed during the event?
Cell phones are welcome. However, professional filming and photography are not allowed.

Are pets allowed during the concert?
Due to the nature of the event, pets are not allowed during evening events with the exception of service animals.

Will the event happen if it rains? Will I get a refund if the concert is canceled?
All events at Magnolia occur rain or shine. Should an event be canceled, tickets may be refunded.


Anniversary Tours
Can I go on or join a tour if I don’t have a ticket?
No, you must have a ticket and signed waiver to participate in any of our tours. 

Can kids take a tour for free?
Kids 7 years old and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to join us on the tour.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
All tickets are non-refundable.  

Does the tour go inside the Silos? 
Yes! For the first time ever, this tour features a peek inside the Silos.

Do I get to go to the roof on the tour? 
Yes, included in every tour ticket is a one-time voucher to access the roof. This voucher is handed out at the end of the tour and can be used at any time during rooftop hours: Thurs-Sat 9:00a-4:30p.

Does the tour allow for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Yes. There are two optional locations on the tour that involve an uneven surface. Guests entering the Silo structure are required to step over a 18” wide and 14” tall concrete threshold. Guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step


Rooftop Passes
Can I go on the roof if I don’t have a ticket?
No, you are required to have an access pass to visit the roof during Silobration

Can kids access the roof for free?
Kids 7 years old and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to access the roof accompanied by an adult with a pass. 

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
All tickets are non-refundable.  

Are there any limits to when I can access the roof? 
Yes, the roof will only be open Thursday to Saturday from 9:00a–4:30p. There is also a max capacity of 75 guests on the roof at one time. If the roof is at capacity you will be able to form a line and access the roof as soon as space is available. 

Is the roof accessible for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Access to the roof is available through a three-floor stairwell, however an elevator is available for those who need it. Mobility Note: guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.
