When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are available on January 11. You can purchase Spring at the Silos tickets through eTix here.

Is Magnolia Market + Event Venue ADA Accessible?
Yes, Magnolia Market at the Silos is ADA-accessible, including all three of our entrances.
If I’m coming from out of town, what are your hotel recommendations?
Whether you’re planning to spend the night or stay for the weekend, we suggest booking a hotel room as soon as possible, as many of the surrounding hotels tend to fill up quickly. Click here for a full list of nearby hotels. .
Are pets allowed during the event?

Spring at the Silos Grounds Tour
What happens on the tour?
Start with a sweet treat inside the garden shed, then enjoy an approximate 45-minute tour throughout the grounds to learn the history behind the property, hear the origin story of Magnolia, and a peek inside the Silos.
What is the cost of the Spring at the Silos Tour?
You can reserve your tour spot through eTix for $40/person.
Does the tour go inside the Silos?
Yes! Guests on the Spring at the Silos Tour are given the opportunity to step inside of one of the Silos to see inside the 74-year-old structure.

Castle Tour
What is the cost of the Castle Tour?
You can purchase a Castle Tour for $50/person through eTix.

Rooftop Pass
What is the cost of the rooftop pass?
You can purchase a weekend rooftop pass for $25/person through eTix. Each ticket will also include a one-time snack and drink while on the roof.
Are there limits to accessing the roof?
Your weekend rooftop pass will provide you unlimited access to the roof from 9:00am – 6:00pm. The roof has a capacity of 50 guests, so a queue line will form at the base of the staircase, if necessary.

Weekend Bundle
What is the cost of the Weekend Bundle?
Experience the whole Spring at the Silos weekend. The package costs $210/person and will include both tours, a rooftop pass, a reservation at Magnolia Table, guided access to Chip’s office, a book signed by Jo, and of course, cupcakes!
Am I able to select the date and time of my Magnolia Table reservation?
Yes! You will have an opportunity to select what day and time you wish to enjoy your email at our restaurant. You will receive instructions after your tickets are booked.
Will Chip be in his office while the tour is there?
Chip is scheduled to take that day off, so he will not be in there.
What book will we receive?
Jo plans to sign a copy of her memoir: The Stories We Tell.
